All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectible products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Buyer's remorse
- Opened or sealed product preferences
- Pull rates or box/card contents
Incorrect or Misdescribed Items
If you receive:
- The wrong item, or
- An item that materially differs from its description on our website,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If we determine that an error was made on our part, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier where applicable.
