Ringside Cards UAE sells authentic wrestling trading cards, sealed boxes, packs, and related collectibles. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, or these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or payment verification.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product or packaging due to manufacturer updates.

5. Trading Card Products

Trading cards are collectible products with random contents. Ringside Cards UAE does not guarantee any specific cards, parallels, autographs, or other inserts in sealed products. We are not responsible for the contents of factory-sealed products.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if:

The wrong item was shipped; or
The item received materially differs from the product description.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ringside Cards UAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
